Barista/Team Member Position

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team, bringing passion for coffee and food to an exciting new role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making high-quality coffee at a consistently fast pace, maintaining a clean and tidy workstation.
  • Cash handling and POS operation, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, working well under pressure in a busy café environment.
  • Assisting staff with other workloads and general café duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Placing orders with suppliers, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy fast-paced café or restaurant as a Barista.
  • Dialling in grinders and calibration, with a passion for coffee and creative latte art.
  • Able to produce consistent coffee and beverages at a fast pace, with outstanding communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Working Conditions:

The position is Full-Time, requiring flexibility and adaptability. Weekend availability is essential, with a daytime-only service schedule.
