Job Description

Leverage your expertise in private healthcare to drive patient access initiatives at Eli Lilly Australia.

We are seeking a Private Healthcare Access Strategist to join our team in Sydney, who will be responsible for developing strong relationships with private healthcare stakeholders and driving key projects to understand future payers and capability needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on private healthcare and private payer matters within Australia.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with private health insurers, hospital networks, and industry associations.
  • Build strategic partnerships with private health insurers to accelerate access to Lilly medicines.
  • Assess and improve private access business processes.
  • Support the design of alternative access programs through operational considerations, willingness-to-pay evidence, and private healthcare environment analysis.
  • Develop pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies, as well as reimbursement dossier content and payer materials.
  • Implement prioritized projects to support pricing, reimbursement, and access strategy and patient access environment shaping activities.

Requirements:

  • Pioneering mindset with initiative and enthusiasm to succeed independently.
  • Ability to communicate well-researched recommendations and influence stakeholders.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple complex projects from initiation to implementation.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Tertiary qualification in a suitable science or healthcare-related discipline.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position located in Sydney, with remote work options available.
