Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at 4WD Supacentre. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a high-performing sales team.

• Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Set and communicate sales targets, and develop and execute strategies to achieve them.
• Lead Sales Team: Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
• Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

• Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and finance.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
