About the Role

Aurecon is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Engineer to join our Mackay office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering technical solutions for our clients in the transport sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our established Mackay Transport Team to deliver projects for Local and State Government clients
  • Support the mentoring of young professionals in the Mackay Transport Team
  • Promote and govern project delivery standards
  • Foster an inclusive culture that brings all of Aurecon to our clients
  • Understand risk and commercial acumen
Requirements
  • Strong experience in the delivery of transport projects for Local and State Government
  • Confident to work across markets with our Mackay teams in Land and Water, Transport, Industrial, Environment and Planning and Defence
  • Confident communication and ability to influence
  • Collaborative team builder with a focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Comfortable with the accountability that comes with making and meeting promises with our clients
  • An ability to inspire teams through a no-blame culture
  • CPEng and RPEQ qualification desirable
