Are you a seasoned hospitality professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the efficient operation of our venue, including the restaurant and bar, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the Venue Manager in opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth transition of duties.
  • Lead the Front-of-House (FOH) team, driving sales and revenue growth while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales and revenue, while controlling costs and driving business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional guest experiences, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional concepts, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry, with a strong sales culture and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in financial management, with a solid understanding of budgeting and cost control.
  • RSA certificate, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
