About the Role

This is an exciting casual contract role available until January 2026. You will be working in one of our NSW Concept Stores, providing a positive and memorable experience to our customers. Your main responsibility will be to achieve sales across our retail and spa channel while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a unique experience to our customers by showcasing the benefits of our natural beauty products.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their skincare needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Support a dynamic team environment and work collaboratively to achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrate outstanding initiative, drive, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Work flexible hours during peak periods.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in skincare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
