About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Brisbane, Australia.

This is a fast-paced role that requires you to manage debtor collections, process daily cash receipt processing, resolve account queries with customers and sales teams, process credit applications, reconcile debtor accounts, and generate reports including cash forecasts, bad debt reviews, and held order reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Debtor Collections: Effectively manage debtor collections to minimize outstanding amounts.
  • Process Cash Receipts: Process daily cash receipts promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve Account Queries: Resolve account queries with customers and sales teams efficiently.
  • Process Credit Applications: Assess customer credit worthiness and process credit applications.
  • Reconcile Debtor Accounts: Reconcile debtor accounts and general ledger monthly.
  • Generate Reports: Generate reports including cash forecasts, bad debt reviews, and held order reports.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess experience in end-to-end accounts receivable, be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working with ERP systems.
