Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient installation of elevator products.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience, preferably in the lift industry. A Certificate III in mechanical fitting/fabrication engineering would be highly desirable. Trade tickets, including dogging and advanced rigging, are also an advantage.

A strong commitment to working safely and maintaining high-quality standards is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install new elevators, escalators, and auto walks from start to finish.
  • Ensure all equipment is installed according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Manage installation environments and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Report progress to installation supervisors and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience, preferably in the lift industry.
  • Certificate III in mechanical fitting/fabrication engineering desired.
  • Trade tickets desired, including dogging and advanced rigging.
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
