Pavements Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide strategic direction and leadership for our Pavements capability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the transport infrastructure design market and a proven track record of success in managing multi-disciplinary projects, building client relationships, and driving business growth.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Pavements capability, leveraging industry expertise and best practices
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Promote a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance on the development and mobilization of the Pavements capability
  • Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align the Pavements capability with organizational objectives
