Sparrow Early Learning Brighton seeks an Experienced Nursery Lead Educator to join our team, shaping the lives of children.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a true passion for Early Childhood Education & Care who will lead and develop our team members to confidently contribute to children's learning. Essential qualifications include a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA approved equivalent, experience working with children 0-2 years old, and at least 1 year of experience as a Lead Educator.

As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will work closely with us to create and deliver educational programs that support children's learning and development. This role requires strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as current and valid Working with Children Check certification, First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
