About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Finance Officer to contribute to the success of City Fertility in a permanent full-time position based in Newstead, Brisbane.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting the finance team to deliver outstanding service and achieve the best outcomes for clinicians, patients, and the CHA IVF Global network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile general ledger transactions
  • Maintain and support accounts receivable and payable
  • Manage supplier payments and banking
  • Process intercompany transactions and reconcile
  • Process fortnightly payroll
  • Provide support for the annual audit
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required
  • Maintain a professional and service-oriented culture
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Accounting or book-keeping qualifications
  • Experience working in an accounts team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High ethical standard; trustworthy and confidential
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Experience using Oracle Netsuite is desirable

A valid Australian visa with work rights is required to accept this position. You must be legally entitled to work in Australia and will be required to show proof of employability with a copy of your Australian visa advising of visa details and entitlements or an Australian birth certificate. An Australian visa check will be completed on all successful candidates.
