Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our project risk management team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Project Risk Principal, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with various projects, ensuring their successful delivery.
- Key Responsibilities
- Guide project teams to identify and record all material and non-material risks in accordance with industry best practices.
- Facilitate the process to capture material risks in 1SAP GRC, providing input into each project's risk chapter and guiding principles.
- Support projects to comply with governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, including verifications of controls.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, preferably in operations or projects in mineral processing, construction, heavy industry, mining, or oil and gas.
- Knowledge of professional standards, such as ISO31000, RIMS, PMBOK, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example, hold yourself and others accountable, and coach others in 'Safety Leadership'.
