**Salary Range**

We are offering a competitive salary of around $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.

**Job Description**

This entry-level role involves working closely with the Depot Manager and Operations team to review CCTV footage, undertake basic investigations into minor complaints and incidents, enter information into our transport system, investigate customer complaints, contact customers regarding lost property, and provide daily data entry and administrative assistance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with the Depot Manager and Operations team to ensure smooth operations
  • Review and analyze CCTV footage to identify areas for improvement
  • Undertake basic investigations into minor complaints and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Enter accurate and timely information into our transport system to ensure efficient operations
  • Investigate customer complaints promptly and fairly, resolving issues to their satisfaction
  • Contact customers via phone calls and emails regarding lost property, ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Provide daily data entry and administrative support to the Operations team

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for learning, achieving, and self-development
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel and Word
  • A completion of a tertiary qualification (preferred)
  • Experience in general administration, including data entry and record-keeping
  • An ability to deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and adapting to changing circumstances
  • A strong attention to detail, identifying and correcting errors quickly and efficiently
  • A current driver's license (required)
