The Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager / Foreman to oversee and manage a job site from start to finish, working closely with our Construction Manager and company Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site management of trades, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Quality assurance, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
  • Reading and interpreting architectural plans, scheduling trades, and ordering materials.
  • Liaising with clients and project stakeholders, providing site progress reports and conducting site inductions and toolbox talks.
  • Ensuring compliance with WH&S regulations.

Requirements

  • Relevant building qualifications, such as Certificate III Carpentry or Certificate IV Building & Construction.
  • Experience in managing high-end residential projects from start to finish, including new builds, renovations, and extensions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, trades, and project stakeholders.
