- Previous experience as a Front Office Team Leader or Supervisor
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Strong attention to detail and numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Natural ability to motivate the Team
- Capacity to interact professionally with customers, team members and management
- Proficiency in hotel systems, especially OPERA, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
You will also need to hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance and a NSW Full Drivers Licence.
