
Senior Sales and Marketing Professional

This is an opportunity to acquire extensive knowledge in sales and marketing strategies across the Pacific Islands, developing a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities- Support strategic national consumer promotions through coordinated plans and budgets, managing premiums and point-of-sale materials, and coordinating post-activity implementation analysis.
- Manage the activation of Breakfast Cereals across all four markets, including brand plan implementation, inventory and replenishment pipelines, and inter-market supplier coordination.
- Track project progress, coordinate innovation and renovation meetings with markets and factory teams, manage meeting minutes and action plans, and close coordination with technical teams for on-time delivery of cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed brand pricing reports for new product introduction markets, identifying issues and areas for discussion.
- Monitor spend and sales performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Track and report monthly stock levels for each market, highlighting any issues and actions required.
- Utilize SAP to create innovative new products.
- Nurture customer relationships and manage sales activities for broker customers importing our products to Pacific Markets.
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confident presentation abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen.
