Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Personal Choice Financial Advisors, LLC. As a Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our accounting function, including forecasting, compliance, reporting, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the accounting function, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee cash management, including cash flow forecasting and management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Manage external relationships with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a small team of accounting professionals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent overseas qualification).
  • Experience with inventory and fixed assets management.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
