About the Role:

Snooze is seeking a passionate and well-presented Retail Sales Consultant who can build relationships with customers and provide expert service. The ideal candidate will have a confident and authentic demeanor, with a strong ability to work across both the retail floor and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with customers through a proven sales process and delivering customer-centric sleep solutions.
  • Collaborating with the team in day-to-day store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, and operating computers.
  • Providing an awesome customer experience and assisting with occasional tasks such as unloading/loading trucks and moving items around the warehouse and showroom.

Requirements:

  • A great can-do attitude and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • A competitive drive and the ability to chase and achieve targets.
  • Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred but not essential.
  • Great communication skills and a passion for working with people.
  • The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely.
