Job Summary

This role involves providing critical support to our customers by ensuring accurate completion of FBT year-end requirements. The successful candidate will also assist in implementing system changes to improve efficiency and enable seamless lease migration activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Reporting: Assist in delivering timely and accurate client reporting for FBT year-end purposes.
  • Data Review and Correction: Review FBT data, identify errors, and implement corrections to ensure data integrity.
  • Quarterly Reports and Payments: Prepare and distribute quarterly client reports and payments, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication and Query Management: Manage client and internal queries through a shared inbox, providing clear and concise responses.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support on FBT-related questions across various systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional administration tasks as required by the FBT year-end project, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Intermediate Excel Skills: Possess intermediate-level skills in Excel, including basic formulas and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Workload Prioritization and Deadline Achievement: Demonstrate effective prioritization and time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • MS-Office Proficiency and System Understanding: Show a good working knowledge of MS-Office products and an understanding of system operations and applications.
  • Numerical Competence: Exhibit a strong level of numerical competence, ensuring accuracy in calculations and data analysis.
  • Teamwork, Flexibility, and Organization: Create a collaborative team environment, remaining flexible and organized while maintaining an approachable demeanor.
  • Technical Skills and Knowledge: Develop and demonstrate strong personal technical skills, showcasing thoroughness and accuracy in work outputs.
