Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects and ensure they are delivered safely, on-time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project scope, budgets, and feasibility reports
  • Coordinate and manage site teams, including tradespeople and laborers
  • Ensure design and construction progress align with project specifications and budgets
  • Lead site safety initiatives, including monitoring, administration, and proactive practices
  • Communicate effectively with site teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Manage and coach staff to achieve project and individual goals

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
  • Experience in managing large commercial projects, including planning, programming, and site labor management
  • Knowledge of Australian legislation, rules, regulations, and standards related to building sites
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
