Chocolate Moulding Line Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced operator to play a vital role in our production process. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards and adhering to strict food safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operation of Chocolate Moulding Lines: You will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art chocolate moulding lines, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings, and tempering chocolate.
  • Machine Operations: You will be responsible for end-to-end machine operations, ensuring quality control and GMP guidelines are met.
  • Packing Staff Organisation: You will be responsible for organising packing staff on end of belt packing.
  • Recipe Following: You will be required to follow set recipes and methods to create chocolates.
  • Ingredient Mixing: You will be responsible for mixing/blending of ingredients to make fillings to be ready for depositing.
  • Production Schedule: You will be required to follow a production schedule.
  • Heavy Lifting: You will be expected to perform consistent heavy lifting up to 25kg.
  • Clean Down and Line Changeover: You will be responsible for clean down of machinery and line changeover.
  • Paperwork and Traceability: You will be required to complete paperwork and maintain traceability.
  • Stock Ordering: You will be responsible for stock ordering.
