Global Business Development Strategist

The role of Global Business Development Strategist at Stantec is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team. This position involves developing, managing, and coordinating account development opportunities, project delivery, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and coordinate account development opportunities, project delivery, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build business relationships that lead into new business opportunities, through planned site visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Develop and implement a client relationship management strategy.
- Continuously maintain a client and prospect database across key accounts.
- Support Stantec and project teams in the development of successful bids and proposals.
- CRM management and IMS opportunity entering/pipeline update on shortlisting/award.
- Provision of scope support to estimator and assistance in the development of estimates.
A Competitive Salary
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a range of benefits, including option to purchase additional annual leave, mentoring for professional development, and a friendly team environment.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in the mining, energy, and resources sector, with significant exposure to the east coast of Australia.
- Experience developing winning proposals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability working in a diverse environment.
