About the Role

Optimum Consulting is seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Officer to join their team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The successful candidate will be based in the Northern Suburbs, with parking available on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices into the payment platform
  • Monitor and respond to emails
  • Prepare and send statements to clients
  • Provide administrative support to the AR team
  • Perform basic Accounts Receivable duties

Requirements:

  • Experience working with multiple systems and proficient in Excel
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
