Job Opportunity

As a Windscreen Calibration Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all vehicles meet the highest standards of quality.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team to achieve outstanding results.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering customer service excellence, and a natural ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complete Vehicle re-calibrations on a full range of vehicles
  • Test driving vehicles prior to releasing it to the customers
  • Providing first class Customer Service to all customers
  • Complying with the requirements of Health, Safety & Well-being policies and procedures
  • Be a valuable member of our team, contributing to our success and actively helping to create a positive environment

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Ability to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles
  • A true passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Confident, engaging approach and a natural ability to communicate
  • Hands-on, self-motivated and naturally organized individual
  • Creative with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, task driven and a positive attitude
  • Results orientated, with an energetic and enthusiastic approach
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
