Care and Support Role

You will have the opportunity to provide personalized support services tailored to our clients' individual needs, including daily living assistance, transportation, and personal hygiene support.

Building strong and positive relationships with clients and their families is also an essential part of this role. You will assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and other household tasks to help our clients maintain their independence and dignity.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of experience in the care industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a valid police check, working with children check, First Aid Certificate, driver's license, reliable transportation, comprehensive insurance (if transporting clients), COVID-19 vaccination certificate, and a Certificate 3 in Individual Support or relevant qualification.
