Job Title: Shift Supervisor
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Shift Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising shifts, leading a diverse group of employees, and ensuring adherence to procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Development: Engage training activities that bring out the best in everyone, oversee staff breaks, clock on/off procedures, and role assignments with precision.
- Communication Expertise: Navigate platforms like SLACK, Teams, and more, keeping the team connected and entertained while handling RSA auditors and authorities.
- Venue Experience Manager: Create an atmosphere of fun, cleanliness, and maintenance, teaching the team perfect customer interactions with flair.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of different types of beverages and their ingredients is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
