We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in stores. As a key member of our support team, you'll contribute to the success of our retail stores by providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find exactly what they need.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

- Maintain a clean store environment and ensure merchandise is presented in an appealing manner
- Receive and unload new shipments
- Determine customer needs and wants, and suggest and display relevant items
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
- Receiving, unpacking, and correct placement of stock throughout the store
- Collaborate with fellow staff to achieve duties and responsibilities

**Requirements for Success:**

- Previous experience within the retail or customer service industry (preferable)
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work unsupervised to a high standard, with a willingness to accept responsibility
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Humility to work effectively as part of a team within a positive culture
- Exceptional attention to detail

**Employment Details:**

- Casual position with flexible hours
- Competitive hourly rate ($32.00 per hour) and overtime pay available

**Schedule:**

- 8 hour shifts, with opportunities for additional hours
