Software Architecture Lead

We are looking for an experienced software architecture lead to play a critical role in shaping the future of our platforms. As a key member of our engineering team, you will provide architectural oversight and technical leadership across distributed teams, ensuring scalable, coherent, and future-ready solutions.

  • Lead Architectural Design: Guide architecture decisions across multiple platforms and products, balancing near-term needs with long-term scalability.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering teams, product managers, and business leaders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
  • Influence Technical Direction: Shape and enforce best practices in system design, integration, and platform evolution.
  • Mentor & Empower: Provide technical mentorship to senior engineers and architects, supporting their growth and elevating engineering standards.
  • Hands-On Engagement: Stay close to the code where needed, this is not an ivory tower role.
Job Qualifications:

We require 10+ years of experience in software development, 3 - 4+ years in a dedicated architecture or principal engineering role. Proven experience designing and delivering complex, modern software architectures is essential. A skilled communicator who can articulate architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences is also required.
