As a key member of our supermarket team, you play a vital role in creating a safe and seamless shopping experience for customers. Working together with over 800 colleagues across Australia, you will contribute to the success of our local communities.

About the Store Team Member Role

This critical position requires a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and the ability to lift up to 17kgs. Your responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning tasks in various store departments and facilities
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors using different equipment and products
  • Ensuring all shelving, equipment, team rooms, and toilets are clean and tidy
  • Collecting trolleys from within and around the store and carpark
  • Working both indoors and outdoors while maintaining autonomy and trustworthiness

You will be expected to have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to set priorities effectively. Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week is required.
