Director of Physical Wellbeing

Our organization seeks a strategic leader to drive physical wellbeing initiatives, working closely with the Chief Medical Wellness Officer and other teams.

The Director of Physical Wellbeing will provide visionary leadership in implementing, evaluating, and promoting physical wellbeing programs for medical staff across the district. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance physical activity, recovery, and staff engagement.
  • Leading diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives and program outcomes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to establish integrative approaches to health and wellness.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
  • Qualifications in a health or exercise related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong commitment to medical staff wellbeing and extensive knowledge of wellness programs.
