Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing programs that are fun and flexible to children, teenagers and adults with varying disabilities.
  • Ensure that every participant embarks on thrilling adventures, hones their skills, enjoys social interactions, and achieves personal milestones.
  • Focus on building independent living skills, social skills, and community access.

Requirements

  • Passion for supporting and empowering people with disabilities.
  • Willingness to give 110% attention to building life skills and the care of participants.
  • Sense of fun, warmth and compassion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Experience working in the disability services sector (or willingness to learn).
