A leading role as a Principal ESD Consultant is available with CSA Recruitment Pty Ltd, offering a secure future and scope for growth.
The Role: As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues across multiple offices to inspire, analyze, report, model, and document ESD projects. You will liaise with clients to expand the ESD project portfolio and have the opportunity to take on leadership qualities, increase client exposure, and manage projects of all sizes.
You will be responsible for financial performance, client liaison, resource coordination, technical excellence, QA, and providing guidance and direction to other team members. With support from the management team, you will contribute to developing the company's capabilities, people, and business.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead national capabilities and processes based on your experience gained in the industry. Your work will span all sectors and potentially offer a high degree of autonomy and influence.
About the Role:
Built Environment Expertise
Educated to degree level or above in Engineering, the Built Environment, Sustainability, or a related area, you will have significant and broad-ranging experience in an ESD Consulting role. You will have experience with ESD strategy setting, environmental rating tools (including Green Star & WELL), building physics, and regulatory compliance.
You will be able to coordinate workload, resourcing, manage major projects, and task delivery, providing guidance to graduate and consultant-level team members. This role requires innovative, passionate, responsible, and committed individuals who can collaborate and communicate effectively.

A competitive salary is on offer, commensurate with experience, to ensure your professional development while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
