Clinical Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Consultant to join our Joint Replacement team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures, primarily in hip and knee replacement surgery.
  • Become an integral part of the surgical team by building strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for hospital staff on the effective use of medical devices.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive territory objectives and case planning initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and support is delivered to both public and private hospitals across the Northern Territory.
Requirements:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification such as nursing, physiotherapy, science, or biomedical engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality results.
  • Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
