Horticulture Space Maintainer

As a skilled Horticulture Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining our premium outdoor spaces. This includes planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising to ensure our gardens are always looking their best.
You will work closely with our experienced team to implement corrective actions and provide updates on maintenance activities. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining outdoor spaces through regular inspections and implementation of corrective actions
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their preferences and providing regular updates
- Upholding the company's reputation by maintaining a premium site while working amongst guests and staff
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent
- Experience in indoor and outdoor plants as well as irrigation systems
- White Card and valid Driver's license
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
