Job Overview

As a Product Manager for Design and Engineering, you will be responsible for driving the development, execution, and financial performance of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and continually improve product strategies, including target markets, product differentiation, appetite, underwriting execution, risk engineering, technology, etc.
  • Define and execute a cohesive underwriting plan and value proposition for intermediaries, aligned with the overall product strategy.
  • Execute on the go-to-market proposition and distribution strategy, focusing on partners with the highest growth potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the product is competitive, profitable, and meets market needs.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of commercial experience in insurance or equivalent construction PI.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams in insurance with a focus on product development, strategy, underwriting, and financial performance.
  • Strong understanding of intermediary markets, underwriting principles, and DEP products.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technology vendors and internal teams to define and build technology solutions that support business goals.
