We're seeking a talented Operational Workforce Strategist to join our team at Australian Retirement Trust.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year

About the Role

This permanent opportunity involves providing strategic workforce optimisation guidance for our Member Services contact centre.

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing resource forecasting models that balance operational and budgetary requirements.

Your expertise will drive productivity enhancements and inform business decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic workforce initiatives and mentor team members.
  • Design and maintain resourcing models, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyse workforce performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, addressing key business challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Support the implementation of systems and tools enhancing continuous improvement in workforce planning practices.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contact centre workforce planning methodologies and WFM solutions.
  • Experience in analysis of workforce data, including historical interaction patterns and trends.
  • Ability to facilitate outcomes through strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
