About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Collections Agent. This is a hands-on role with a focus on customer care, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and systemising all collections, including proactive management of customer accounts and resolution of customer queries.

  • Identify and address customer needs, ensuring total satisfaction
  • Provide expert answers to questions about products and services while presenting their value to customers
  • Meet department SLAs
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision

This role requires 3+ years of experience in collections or a related field, as well as excellent customer service skills, advanced computer skills, and high problem-solving and analytical skills.
