Seasonal Retail Ambassador

We're seeking Seasonal Retail Consultants to join our team and support our store teams across Festive Season 2024 in Carindale & Mt Gravatt stores.
As a Seasonal Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, processing sales, and maintaining stock levels. You will also be responsible for ensuring our store teams are supported to meet the needs of our customers.
What We're Looking For- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity, and sincerity
- No prior retail experience necessary, but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment
- An interest to learn product knowledge
- Flexible and open availability throughout October – February
