Your Role
You'll partner with our Senior Relationship Managers to support your portfolio in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, systems, and governance. Your goal will be to maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures, and to proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of your customers' business and financial needs.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have current and ongoing experience in the property industry, with a deep understanding of the drivers of the market, practical knowledge, market & competition factors, key customer success indicators, supplier/contract norms, credit approval drivers, and understanding of strategy application within the industry.
You'll also need to be skilled in relationship management, able to build, maintain and influence relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
In addition, you'll require strong portfolio management skills, including the selection, prioritisation and management of a portfolio of work/and or customers in line with its strategic objectives and capacity to deliver.
Your Day-to-Day
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for fulfilling customer needs by providing solution towards account maintenance and simple customer requests. You'll also collaborate with Product Partners and other stakeholders to meet customer requirements, and engage specialist teams when necessary.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum
