The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Snooze Waurn Ponds. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing expert sleep solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with customers to understand their sleep needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Providing expert advice on bedroom solutions and products
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new products and promotions
  • Working collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in selling big ticket items
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to walk the floor and lift stock safely
