Evolving solutions for construction materials, our client is a leading specialist in research and development.
Job Description:
- Support R&D Chemists with laboratory work, machine maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
- Qualify new products according to relevant standards.
- Implement tests for new products.
- Assist in monitoring and testing new products in the market.
- Validate reported defective products.
- Evaluate lab batches and production trials with the R&D team.
Salary Estimate:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum (based on industry standards in Western Sydney).
Responsibilities Include:
- Testing and qualifying new products against industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of laboratory work and quality control measures.
- Collaborating with the R&D team to identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Experience:
- TAFE certification or degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields.
- Experience working in fast-paced laboratory environments.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques and quality control procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
