Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencing, inspiring and coaching Team Members alongside the Store Manager to become top performers.
  • Leading by example and creating customer service experiences that are second to none.
  • Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Supporting the Store Manager to implement marketing strategies in store.
  • Assisting with completing administrative and operational requirements for your store.
