About the Role
This role involves providing chair-side assistance to dental professionals in the delivery of dental services to patients. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as updating patient records, maintaining optimal surgery hygiene, and promoting oral health to patients. To be successful, you must possess exceptional integrity, ethical behaviour, and a Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification. Additionally, you should have minimum 2 years of experience within the last 5 years, recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities, and current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or nationally recognised equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years (full time equivalent) experience within the last 5 years
- Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification

Location and Salary
The role is based at Enoggera Health Centre, located at Gallipoli Barracks in Brisbane. This modern military base currently spans 600 hectares with approximately 8000 members. The health centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
