Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our office team and deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing day-to-day operations, including workflow efficiencies, customer complaints, and staff scheduling. They will also be responsible for monitoring service metrics and implementing improvements to support continuous growth.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Operations to develop a strong team and provide operational support for new initiatives.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in customer service, preferably handling complaints
  • A minimum 3 years' experience of managing a team of 5+, preferably including onsite and remote teams
  • Proven experience in customer service operations, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to lead change
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships

This is a key role in ensuring all office operational functions are executed professionally and efficiently, and that the customer experience is at the forefront of every interaction.
