Job Summary

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced speech therapist to take on a leadership role within our team. You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, developing treatment plans, and supervising junior therapists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet client goals
  • Supervise and mentor junior therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Provide input into policy development and service improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Degree in Speech Pathology with eligibility for registration
  • 4+ years of clinical experience as a Team Lead
  • National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and First Aid Certification
  • Valid Driver's License for community-based services
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
