Garden Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Garden Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality garden maintenance services across various sites in Australia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Collaborate with our team to complete commercial, government, and residential garden maintenance projects\
  • Liaise regularly with colleagues and staff to ensure smooth project execution\
  • Schedule jobs with clients to meet their needs\
  • Conduct general garden maintenance work, including weeding, raking, mowing, edging, hedging, pruning of small trees and shrubs, etc.\
  • Inspect plants to assess their condition and determine the best course of action\
  • Spray and dust plants and trees to manage pests and diseases, maintaining overall plant health\
  • Treat pests and diseases in both garden and turf areas as directed by management\
  • Apply weed control measures in both garden and turf areas as directed\
  • Assist with propagating, planting, and potting seeds, bulbs, and cuttings\
  • Monitor the health of plants, trees, and shrubs\
  • Perform seasonal fertilizing, mulching, and top dressing of lawns\
  • Carry out soft landscaping works, including planting, minor irrigation work, turf installation, etc.\
  • Construct gravel and paved areas, walls, fences, pergolas, ponds, and garden decorative accessories and furniture\
  • Engage in a range of other relevant horticultural tasks\
  • Be willing to travel to multiple locations within Sydney\
  • Be available on weekends and able to work split shifts\
  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience\
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
