Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and make recommendations to drive sales and meet customer expectations.
  • You will maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with fashion trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • You will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
  • You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with fashion trends.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandise presentation, visual merchandising, and suggestive selling.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
