We're seeking a talented Workday Announcer/Operations Manager to bring our daily radio show to life with high-quality content from 9-12pm weekdays.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of Australia's audio landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-air programming to deliver seamless delivery across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate live broadcasts and assist with day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with on-air talent, producers, and technical teams to maintain operational excellence and audience engagement.
Requirements:
  • Broadcasting voice suitable for the target audience with a breadth of radio experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated and willing to work as part of a content team.
  • Produces engaging products with appropriate content, format, style, and pace.
  • Can relate content decisions to the impact they will have on the market/customer/key audiences.
