A prominent Data Integration Specialist is required to assume a pivotal role within our Melbourne-based organization. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing and implementing sophisticated data transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Transformation and Warehousing: Design, develop, and deploy complex ETL packages utilizing Microsoft integrated services to ensure seamless data migration.
  • Design Document/Framework Implementation: Develop and implement checks in SSIS packages to guarantee data integrity.
  • Stored Procedure/View/Function Development: Leverage extensive knowledge and experience using Microsoft SQL Server to create efficient database structures.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve package debugging, SQL performance, and configuration issues to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Azure DevOps Implementation: Deploy SSIS packages efficiently, ensuring streamlined workflow and minimal downtime.
  • Azure Data Factory Pipeline Development: Configure triggers, blob storage, link services, and azure logs to optimize data processing.
  • Azure Portal Management: Manage storage accounts, Key Vault, azure functions, Log analytics, and Azure File storage concepts to maintain system security and efficiency.
  • Azure SQL MI Administration: Configure failover groups and database security roles to ensure high availability and data protection.
  • SQL Query Analysis and Optimization: Analyze and provide tuning recommendations for time-consuming queries to improve system performance.
  • Third-Party Interface Management: Plan and execute releases and hot fixes to ensure seamless integration with external systems.
  • System Administration Process Establishment: Support production activities, ensuring continuous system operation and maintenance.
  • Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • .NET Application Development:
  • Kingsway Soft Adaptor Experience (additional).

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise in ETL development, Azure data factory, and SQL server, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
