Job Overview

As a clinician with experience in delivering mental health interventions to young people, you will play a key role in our multidisciplinary team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop collaborative individual care plans and deliver therapeutic interventions to young people aged 12 to 25 years and their parents and carers.

The ideal candidate will possess highly competent clinical knowledge and skills to undertake routine practice and participate in a multidisciplinary team utilizing comprehensive communication skills. Additionally, they will have a strong ability to contribute to the professional development of self and others through education, networking, and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing collaborative individual care plans for young people aged 12 to 25 years and their parents and carers.
  • Delivering brief to medium-term therapeutic interventions to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people.
  • Participating in a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services to young people.
Requirements
  • Highly competent level of clinical knowledge and skill to undertake routine practice.
  • Ability to participate in a multidisciplinary team utilizing comprehensive communication skills.
